The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of the Promoter, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw. A Flexigas Qualifying Purchase (as defined below) shall specifically exclude all purchases made at wholesale or with the intention of onward sale (rather than use), and therefore merchants, distributors or wholesalers of the Flexigas Products are excluded from the prize draw.
For every £50 (excl. VAT) spent at retail on Flexigas Products (a Flexigas Qualifying Purchase) during the Prize Draw Window you will be eligible for one entry into the prize draw.
All entries must be submitted via https://flexigas.com/promo/, where you will asked to create an account and submit details of the relevant Flexigas Qualifying Purchase (including invoice reference, and Flexigas merchant). Where you are entering as an employee of a company that has made a Flexigas Qualifying Purchase, please ensure you have the permission of your employer before entering the prize draw.
The opening date for entries is 12:00hrs GMT on 1 March 2023. The closing date of the prize draw is 12:00 hrs GMT on 30 November 2023 (the Prize Draw Window). Entries received after this time will not be valid. You may enter the prize draw as many times as you like during the entry period subject to evidence of a Flexigas Qualifying Purchase.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, technical malfunction computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
The Promoter will not accept competition entries that are automatically generated by computer, completed by third parties or in bulk, or incomplete.
The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition or you are not able to evidence the Flexigas Qualifying Purchase through the provision of verifiable invoices.
A winner will be chosen by random draw supervised by an independent person on 4 December 2023 ("Draw Date").
The winner will receive a 10 night, all inclusive holiday for two adults to the Tokoriki Island Resort, Fiji. The holiday is for two adults and includes accommodation at the resort in a Beachfront Pool Bure (together with mainland accommodation if required), transfers to and from the island, and a full meal plan at the Tokoriki Island Resort. The prize includes two economy flights between the UK and Fiji. The prize does not include travel insurance, the cost of transfers to and from airports or stations, spending money, tax or personal expenses. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the prize are the responsibility of the winner.
You will be responsible for ensuring that you and any person travelling with you are available to travel and hold valid passports, any necessary visas and travel documents for the holiday in question on the travel dates specified and have adequate travel insurance in place.
The winner will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) before Friday 8 December 2023 and must provide evidence of the Flexigas Qualifying Purchase and a postal address to claim their prize. If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 14 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner's prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.
The Prize is subject to availability. There is no cash alternative for the prize.
The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of the prize winner to anyone who emails promotions@flexigas.com within one month after the closing date stated in condition 4. If you object to any or all of your surname, county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter - Flexigas promotions@flexigas.com . In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter's privacy policy. See also condition 16 with regard to the announcement of winners.
These terms and conditions and this promotion are governed by English law. If any entrants to this promotion wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts in the United Kingdom.
