InstallerSHOW 2025 has officially kicked off at the NEC Birmingham, and what a start it's been. As regular exhibitors at InstallerSHOW, the Flexigas and Ridgeline teams knew to expect a buzz, but nothing could’ve prepared us for just how electric the first two days would be. With thousands of visitors streaming through the doors, a jam-packed timetable of talks, and the latest innovations on full display, it’s clear InstallerSHOW 2025 is something special!
As always, we’ve brought our A-game. Our stand at 5B29 has been a hive of activity, as engineers, merchants and specifiers alike stopped by to check out the latest from our two brands, Flexigas, the UK’s most trusted name in CSST and flexible gas pipe systems, and Ridgeline, pioneers in stainless steel plumbing systems for water, and innovative underfloor heating systems.
Leading the charge on the stand is Mel, our fantastic UK General Manager, backed by Directors Joel, Vas, and Jonathon, alongside our ever-knowledgeable Sales Managers, Nick and Martin. Between the six of us, we’ve been answering questions, giving product demos, and catching up with countless familiar faces, as well as plenty of new ones!
A Show of Real Value
One of the standout features of InstallerSHOW 2025 is the sheer breadth of useful content available for installers. We made time to explore the event ourselves, and it’s fair to say the education and inspiration on offer is second to none.
We stopped by the InstallerTRADES welcome session, where tradespeople like Daisy Kade Andrews and Dave White spoke with real passion about the industry and the pride they take in their work. There was also the always-popular Regulations Masterclass, bringing clarity and updates to those of us navigating ever-evolving standards in plumbing and heating.
Sustainability on the Agenda
Sustainability has been a hot topic throughout the event, something that aligns closely with Ridgeline’s mission of delivering clean water systems through safer, more sustainable materials like 316L stainless steel. Sessions like "How Installers Can Deliver Greater Sustainability in the Home" gave a powerful reminder of the role we all play in building healthier, more eco-friendly spaces.
A Touch of Star Power
We couldn’t resist heading over to the InstallerPLAZA on day two for the fireside chat with Dara Ó Briain. Known for his wit and passion for science, Dara brought the house down with sharp insights and plenty of laughs. It was a packed session and a real highlight of the show so far!

InstallerSHOW 2025 isn’t just about products and presentations; it’s about people. Whether we were talking about Flexigas, Flexigas DS, Ridgeline Tubes or Ridgeline Underfloor, the real joy has been in connecting with the engineers and decision-makers who use our systems day in, day out.
So far, our Flexigas DS solutions have drawn particular interest, especially for applications requiring underground runs or installs through unventilated voids. And we’ve had loads of positive feedback on our Ridgeline underfloor heating systems, particularly from merchants looking for a premium offering that’s quick to install and built to last.
